Vivo Y51A Comes with 8GB RAM and Snapdragon 662 SoC (Priced ₹17990)

The Chinese technology company, Vivo has launched a midrange budget handset in the Indian territory. The new handset Vivo Y51A is powered by the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 662 chipset. This is recently seen in Redmi 9T.
Vivo Y51A Specifications:
Regarding specs, the Vivo Y51A sports a 6.58-inch full HD+ (1,080x2,408 pixels) LCD screen. Powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset and 8GB RAM, it houses 128GB internal storage that can be further expandable up to 1TB using a microSD card.
The Vivo Y51A features an AI triple-camera-setup at the rear. It packs a 48MP f/1.79 primary lens, 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle sensor, and 2MP additional sensor with f/2.4. There’s a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.
It also packs a side-mounted fingerprint sensor (instead of an in-screen one) for security purpose.
Loaded with presets including Super Night Mode, Live Photo, Panorama, Time-Lapse, and Slo-Mo, this Vivo Y51A delights the camera photography lovers. The Ultra-Stable video with Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) technology is a huge add-on.
Backed by a huge 5000mAh battery and 18W fast charging, the Vivo Y51A weighs just 188 grams. The company boasts to provide 2 days of battery juice. If you are a FunTouch OS lover, then it has got the latest FunTouch OS 11 based on Android 11.
Connectivity-wise, the Vivo Y51A supports dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C port, GPS and more.

Except for the difference in the processor, there are a lot of similarities between Vivo Y51 (2020) and the Vivo Y51A. The December 2020 release was powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset.
