Vodafone SuperNet 4G Now in Chennai, Across State by March 2017

Vodafone India, the country’s second largest telecom player, rolled out its SuperNet 4G services in Chennai metropolitan city. Built on the efficient 2100 MHz band, Vodafone India subscribers will now able to access high-speed internet on a wide range of smart devices including 4G smartphones, dongles and Mi-Fi.

Previously, the telecom operator launched its 4G services in Coimbatore, Erode, Hosur, Madurai, Puducherry, Salem, Tiruppur, Trichy, Tuticorin, and Vellore. And now, the company rolled out 4G services in its capital city. Chennai being the most significant market for Vodafone, the telecom operator took extra time to unfold its 4G blanket.
Chennai, the third-largest city in India, holds the distinction of being the third-largest expatriate population in India. And Vodafone got a strong fibre backhaul to support its super-fast Vodafone 3G services. By doing so, the company is uniquely positioned to offer 2G/3G/4G services to all its subscribers without any glitch using its convergent radio technology.
