Agra, the city of Taj Mahal, in the north Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, gets Vodafone SuperNet 4G services. The land of three UNESCO World Heritage sites is now on the map of Vodafone 4G coverage.

The subscribers of Vodafone India in this historic city can now enjoy SuperNet 4G via a wide range of compatible devices including smartphones, Mi-Fi, and dongles. One can now enjoy seamless HD streaming and 2-way video calling facility on the Vodafone network.
Addressing the launch, Mr. Dilip Kumar Ganta, Business Head - UP (West) & Uttarakhand, Vodafone India, said: “UP West and Uttarakhand is a key market for Vodafone India and as one of the leading telecom service providers are over 11.3 million customers in the circle have a lot to look forward to. Beginning with Dehradun, Haridwar, Aligarh and now Agra, we will shortly expand the Vodafone SuperNet 4G service across the entire circle in a phased manner.”

The telecom network service provider has announced a host of 4G launch offers starting from free 4G SIM upgrade coupled with free 2G of 4G data. The data savvy customers in the city can access 22GB of 4G data at ₹999. Moreover, the purchase of 1GB of 4G data pack makes the customers enjoy four times the 4G data. By sending an SMS to 199, the subscribers can check the 4G compatibility of their SIMs/handsets from the comfort of their homes.
Furthermore, the India’s number two telecom network is providing 3-month free access to Vodafone Play app. Non-stop entertainment! The company is planning to expand its 4G footprint to 2400 towns across the country by the end of March 2017.
