Infinix Hot 10 Play with Helio G25 & 6000mAh (Android 10 Go Edition)
-
The Hong Kong-based smartphone maker Infinix Mobile has expanded its Hot 10 Series by launching Infinix Hot 10 Play. The new smartphone runs Android 10 (Go Edition) with customized XOS 7.0 on top.
To the unaware, Infinix Hot 10 and Infinix Hot 10 Lite handsets were launched last year. As expected, the Infinix Hot 10 Play is a water-downed edition powered by MediaTek Helio G25 chipset.
Infinix Hot 10 Play Specifications:
The smartphone sports a 6.82-inch IPS screen with HD+ resolution and 20.5:9 aspect ratio. Infinix Hot 10 Play comes in two variants in terms of memory (2/32GB and 4/64GB). However, there’s an option to expand its inbuilt storage up to 512GB using a cheap microSD card.
On the optics side, it configures AI dual-camera setup on the rear including 13MP primary camera and depth snapper. For selfies and video calling, 8MP AI beauty front camera within a waterdrop notch will perform the function.
6000mAh Power Marathon:
Powered by a massive 6,000mAh battery and 10W charging support, the handset easily runs the light for 2 days on moderate usage. As per the company, it offers 55.7 days standby, 155 hours music playback, 53.4 hours calls, 13.8 hours game playing.
The inbuilt Ultra Power Mode at a mere 5% charge by Power Marathon Tech facilitates 19 additional hours of battery life that can support 2.7 hours of calling. The customized XOS 7.0 brings many features like split-screen and image compressor.
The Infinix Hot 10 Play supports both face unlock and fingerprint protection with no compromise on safety. Clad in Aegean Blue, Morandi Green, Obsidian Black, and 7° Purple colours, the new Infinix Hot 10 Play is available for sale starting January 23.
What’s Your Take on Low-cost Handsets?
Currently, the Infinix Mobile has got this in Pakistan and Philippines market. Hopefully, it would be dumped in the Indian market as well. In the Philippines market, the 2/32GB Infinix Hot 10 Play is priced at PHP 4,290 (approximately $90).
In the name of increasing market share, the Chinese smartphone makers are dumping low-cost handsets outside their home territory. So, what is your opinion on the latest Infinix Hot 10 Play smartphone than runs on Android 10 (Go Edition)?
