The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Realme has unveiled Narzo 30 Pro 5G and Narzo 30A in the Narzo 30 series. One is a Pro 5G and the other budget handset with large batteries.
Incidentally, the Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G is the first handset in its Narzo lineup to support the 5G network. The Pro smartphone also features a 120Hz display and is meant for gaming. On the other hand, the Realme Narzo 30A is budget-conscious as it is powered by a large 6000mAh battery.
Let us go through the specs of each handset in detail.
Realme Narzo 30 Pro Specifications:
The Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ (1080p) display with 600 nits peak brightness. It supports a 120Hz ultra-smooth refresh rate. In reality, it varies from 60Hz to 120Hz depending on the content. The touch sampling rate of 180Hz is a boon for gamers.
Powered by the 2.4GHz MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset and Mali G57 MC3 GPU, the Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage where there’s an option to upgrade it to 8/128GB.
Narzo 30 Pro 5G’s Triple Camera Setup:
Sporting a 48MP primary camera (f/1.8), the Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G also packs an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera (119º) and 2MP macro lens. The Realme says that one can shoot macro shots at a 4cm distance. For selfies, there is a 16MP snapper that has an inbuilt Super Nightscape mode.
The handset supports 4K video recording at 30fps and 1080p at 60fps with Cinema mode. It supports UIS video stabilization. There is a side-mounted fingerprint reader and supports face unlock as well.
Backed by a 5000mAh battery and 30W Dart-Charge, the handset can be charged completely (from 0 to 100%) in 65 minutes. For a 50% juice, one needs just 25 minutes charge. The company claims that a full battery would give 37 hours of calling or 18 hours of YouTube watching.
The handset boots Android 10 and very soon one can expect the latest Realme Ui 2.0 built on Android 11. Connectivity-wise, it sports a dual SIM with a 5G network and a 3.5mm headphone jack. For cinematic experience, the handset is equipped with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio certification.
The retail box comes with a screen protector, protective case, charger and cable. The company boasts that it has performed 320 quality tests on every 30 Pro units to check its durability. Moreover, the handset is splash-proof with silicon gaskets.
