The Moto G4 Play, the third member of Moto G4 family, will be now available for sale in India through its exclusive partner Amazon India. It is the least expensive of the fourth generation Moto G family. Priced at ₹ 8,999, Moto G4 is available in Black and White colour variants.
Moto G4 Play Specifications:
Coming to its specifications, Moto G4 Play is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC. There’s also 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage that’s expandable via microSD card up to 128GB.
The Moto G4 Play offers an 8-megapixel rear camera with a f/2.2 aperture and LED flash bolded text. The front-facing camera sports a 5-megapixel sensor. The smartphone sports a 5-inch HD 720p (1280x720 pixels) IPS LCD display making it a smaller option to relative 5.5-inch screens of Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus.
This dual SIM Moto G4 runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and comes with a modest 8-megapixel rear camera, F/2.2 aperture, Auto HDR and LED flash. However, the front camera bears 5-megapixel sensor similar to the other Moto G4’s. Moreover, Moto G4 Play uses a water repellent nano-coating to protect your phone from little rain or splash.

Connectivity-wise, the new entry Moto G4 play supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 4G LTE, VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1 LE and a micro-USB port on the bottom edge. It also gets a decent 2800 mAh battery that claims to provide 5 hours of battery life with 15 minutes of charging by its 10W rapid charger.
