- Are voice calls truly free?
Ans: Voice calls are absolutely free. There’s no charge towards voice or the data used to make 4G voice calls.
- What does unlimited at night mean?
Ans: The 4G data used between 2am and 5am is unlimited. There’s no restriction of data usage during these hours. It’s a marketing gimmick and will not solve any purpose except for the heavy data users. Jio should extend night hours in order to make it truly night.
- What are Wi-Fi data benefits?
Ans: Wi-Fi data benefits specified in the tariff is applicable to Wi-fi data availed in public Wi-Fi hotspots of RJIL. Reliance Jio has been providing Wi-Fi hotspots in many public places including parks, stadiums etc.
- When can the customers avail these Jio plans?
Ans: As the customers can avail free services till December 31, the plans are effective from 1st January 2017.
- Is the data consumed by Jio Apps debited from the plan data?
Ans: The data used by the consumers for Jio Apps, video calls and other content available on the internet would be uniformly debited against plan data allocation.
- Can I transfer unutilized free benefits post the validity period?
Ans: Any unutilized free benefits will not be transferred and thus it will be forfeited at the end of the validity period.
- Can I first recharge with a smaller denomination?
Ans: The new subscribers cannot recharge with lower denomination packs for the first time. Leaving ₹19, ₹129 and ₹299, one can recharge with any other prepaid pack as a first recharge.

Ans: Jio has announced 25% additional 4G WiFi data benefit to students on providing a valid ID card.
