BSNL Set to Revise Initial Speeds?

The state-run telecom company which has its strong presence in the broadband market is revamping its broadband plans. With the reports pouring in, it is assumed that BSNL would offer a minimum 8 Mbps speed for all its plans priced below ₹675 monthly rental.
