The Indian smartphone manufacturer Micromax has come up with an entry-level smartphone Micromax 1n 1. Powered by Helio G80 and 5000mAh battery, it sports a triple camera setup.
Micromax known for its Micromax Note 1 is again in the news for its unveiling the Micromax ln 1 with a price tag of ₹9999. By projecting itself as an affordable handset maker, Micromax is looking to grab a share from the Chinese counterparts.
Micromax 1n 1 Specifications:
Regarding specifications, the Micromax 1n 1 sports a 6.67-inch LCD with Full HD+ resolution and a 91.4% screen-to-body ratio. Powered by MediaTek chipset and up to 6GB RAM, it supports 400 nits of peak brightness.
As it has got a good display combined with L1 Widevine support, the users can watch High-Definition content on OTT apps like Prime Video, Netflix and Disney+ Hotstar etc.
Though there’s no mention of extendable microSD slot memory space (guess, it is up to 256GB) on its sales page, the company has clearly stated that Micromax In 1 will come in two storage variants 4/64GB and 6/128GB.
On the camera front, it sports a triple camera setup including a 48MP main camera, 2MP macro and depth units. For selfies and video calling, it has an 8MP front camera with an f/2.0 aperture in a hole-punch cutout.
Connectivity-wise, this 4G dual VoLTE handset supports a USB Type-C port for faster charging. Backed by a 5000mAh battery and 18W fast-charging, Micromax In 1 will easily help you out for more than a day.
The other USP of the Micromax In 1 is its stock Android OS. It doesn’t have any bloatware, skins or Ads.
Launch Offer @ ₹9999:
Clad in Blue and Pink colour options, it has got gradient back for decent handling. The Micromax In 1 will be available for sale on Flipkart and the company’s official portal Micromax India starting March 26.
On the price front, the 64GB and 128GB variant costs ₹9999 ($135/€115) and ₹11499 ($160/€135) respectively. Guess, this is introductory pricing. Post the launch offer, Micromax In 1 will be priced ₹10,499 and ₹11,999 respectively.
Though the entry-level smartphone market is crowded there’s always a space for newcomers. However, it should bring the right specs at the right price. In comparison, the Micromax In 1 looks inferior to the Poco M2 Pro or the latest Poco M3.
