    Airtel ₹399 Postpaid Plan:

    Initially, this entry-level plan was limited to select telecom circles. However, with Jio announcing new Postpaid Plus plans, Bharti Airtel launched the ₹399 postpaid plan across India.

    Under this plan, the subscriber will get 40GB data, unlimited voice calls, and 100 SMS per day. As a complimentary offer, Airtel has bundled its Airtel Xstream Premium subscription, Wynk Music and Shaw Academy membership.

    If you happen to use the same Airtel number for FASTag, then you’ll receive ₹150 as cashback.

    Jio ₹399 Postpaid Plan:

    Reliance Jio, surely India’s biggest telecom disruptor, has launched new JioPostpaid Plus plans. It’s basic PostpaidPlus Rental ₹399 plan offers 75GB data, unlimited calling and unlimited SMS.

    Post 75GB data, you’ll be charged ₹10/GB. Data rollover facility is included up to 200GB. As usual, one gets a complimentary subscription of all the Jio apps.

    Apart from these core benefits, JioPostpaid Plus has got tie-up with OTT platforms to provide premium benefits including Amazon Prime (Worth ₹999), Netflix Mobile Plan (Worth ₹199), Disney+ Hotstar VIP membership (Worth ₹365).

    Vi ₹399 Postpaid Plan:

    Surprisingly, Vodafone Idea (Vi) too joined the race by announcing ₹399 plan in its postpaid segment. Here, the subscriber will get 40GB data, unlimited voice calls and SMS. As a promotional offer, Vi is adding extra 150GB data for 6 months.

    There’s a data-rollover facility of 200GB. Though Vi has not officially announced, a few postpaid users are enjoying Amazon Prime membership at no extra cost.

    Officially, there is no mention of any OTT benefit except Free Vi movies, Vi TV, and ₹200 off on Zomato Food orders.

    BSNL 399 (Ghar Wapsi Plan) Postpaid:

    The BSNL 399 Ghar Wapsi Plan offers unlimited voice calls (to any network), 30GB data, and 100 SMS per month.

    Unlike the private telecom players, the BSNL doesn’t provide any OTT benefit. However, there’s news that Amazon Prime subscription is being provided to the plans higher than ₹399 rental. Moreover, there’s no clarity from the state-owned telecom provider whether this Ghar Wapsi Plan is a long-term or promotional plan.

    By comparing the postpaid plans of Bharti Airtel, Vi (Vodafone Idea), Reliance Jio and BSNL, one can easily conclude that all the plans are look similar on paper. Both Airtel and Jio offer OTT benefits whereas there’s no confirmed news from Vi.

    Moreover, the latest news from JioPostpaid Plus Terms & Conditions, it’s been revealed that ₹135 plus tax is being charged as subscription charges for OTT platforms.

    That means, only ₹264 is the actual monthly rental of JioPostpaid Plus basic plan. That’s incredible!

    By performing an in-depth analysis, one can conclude that Jio ₹399 Postpaid Plan provides the best value. It is undoubtedly the best postpaid plan in India 2020.

    However, one should also consider the signal strength in your area before choosing a particular network. If you have a good Jio network coverage then go with the Jio ₹399 Postpaid Plan, otherwise, Airtel ₹399 Postpaid Plan will not disappoint you.
