RCom Launches RGC India App for International Calling at ₹1.4 per Minute

Reliance Communications, India’s fourth-largest telecom operator, has launched Reliance Global Call (RGC) India App for international calling. After acquiring MTS India and merging wireless business with Aircel, Reliance Communications entity has got the largest consolidation in the Indian telecom industry creating the third largest mobile network service provider in India.

With RCom’s new RGC India App, the subscribers can make international voice calls starting as low as ₹1.4 per minute. To make international voice calls, the RCom subscribers can register for the Reliance Global Call service at the official website. One can even avail the service by downloading App at Android Play Store and iOS App Store. Anil Ambani-led telecom network unveiled an introductory offer under which the customers can avail talk-time worth ₹200 on sign-up with just ₹100.

International Calling at Affordable Rate:

Through Reliance Global Call India App, the subscribers can make voice calling to the United States, UK, and Canada at ₹1.4 per minute. The company has offered affordable tariff plans to other regions such as the UAE, Africa, and Latin American countries. As per the latest estimates, Reliance Global Call India App serves more than 25 lakh subscribers seamlessly on a global network of fiber-optic and satellite connectivity, connected with operators worldwide.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Gurdeep Singh, Co-CEO, Reliance Communications said, “This innovative new app has the potential to trigger a paradigm shift in international calling patterns. The service enables customers on any telecom network in India to have seamless, instant and convenient access to their loved ones around the globe.”

RCom’s new service is available to all mobile and wireline users including pre-paid and postpaid customers of Aircel, Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular, MTS, Reliance Communications, Tata Teleservices, and Vodafone India. It has got another flexibility of setting up a family account under which there could be a maximum of 4 users. This innovative app enables the subscribers to directly dial the international contacts without filling the details of PIN or toll-free number.
