Swipe Elite Power Launched with 4G VoLTE and 4000mAh Battery

    Pune-based smartphone maker Swipe Technologies has launched another budget smartphone in its Elite series. The new Swipe Elite Power is a power-packed 4G VoLTE handset in terms of battery. The smartphone comes with a price tag of ₹6999 and is available for sale through online portal Flipkart from tomorrow i.e. January 31.

    Addressing the launch of the latest Elite handset, Mr Ajay Yadav, VP – Mobiles, Flipkart, said: “Our exclusive association with Swipe brings the latest ELITE Power to our customers at an extremely affordable price. With the leading position in the smartphones market, Flipkart is focusing on widening the portfolio from premium to budget smartphones, thereby catering to a wide spectrum of customers”.

    Swipe Elite Power Specifications:

    Regarding specifications, Swipe Elite Power has a stylish metal unibody design and sports a 5.5-inch HD IPS display screen with 1280x720 pixel resolution. Powered by a quad-core 1.1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 chipset and Adreno 304 GPU, Swipe Elite Power has a mere 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM but further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot.

    Optics wise, Swipe Elite Power features an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash functionality and 5-megapixel secondary camera for selfies. Moreover, the handset has a fingerprint sensor on its back. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. It offers 15 hours of 3G talk time or 13 hours of web browsing on Wi-Fi network mode with its mammoth 4000mAh battery.

    Facing Tough Competition:

    Connectivity wise, Swipe Elite Power has a hybrid dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE enabled, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack etc. The company has made the handset in two colours, one in Champagne Gold and the other Space Grey colour options. At this ₹6999, Swipe Elite Power will face tough odds against the popular Redmi 3S and Lenovo Vibe K5 smartphones.
