Trying to Winning Back Lost Customers?
Amidst a cut-throat competition, Vodafone India is offering many combo packs to retain its customer base intact. As per the sources, these new Vodafone RED plans are not valid in AP & Telangana, Bihar & Jharkhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh telecom circles.
Despite its initial hiccups, Vodafone India has got 200 million subscribers. Continuing its enthusiasm, the telecom company is providing value addition to its subscribers in the form of bundled packs, free incoming while in national roaming, SuperHours etc. Is it sufficient to take on Reliance Jio’s free services that have got an extension of another 90 days under Jio Happy New Year Offer?
