Apple Enters 5G Era with iPhone 12 Series (Starting at $699)

The tech giant Apple has officially entered the 5G era. The company released all its iPhone 12 Series on 5G technology. It includes iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max smartphones.
Price-wise, the iPhone 12 Mini will start from $699 and iPhone 12 at $799. Size-wise, the smallest iPhone Mini measures 5.4-inch, iPhone 12 screen 6.1-inch and Pro Max display 6.7-inch respectively.
The latest iPhone 12 series smartphones will be available in 5 fresh colours including Black, White, Red, Green and Blue. Comparatively, iPhone 12 is 11% thinner and 16% lighter than its predecessor.
Apple iPhone 12 Specifications:
The iPhone 12 sports a 6.1-inch OLED display (at 60Hz refresh rate) and dual-camera and are powered by the all-new A14 Bionic chipset. When compared to the previous generation’s chipset on iPhone 11, the A14 Bionic chipset is 60% faster and thus improves the gaming performance.
Both the ultra-wide-angle and wide-angle lenses are 12mp that can click better low-light images. The USP of the iPhone 12 cameras is the inclusion of Night mode for both front and rear cameras.
It’s built with a stronger ceramic shield. Due to Smart Data Mode, the latest iPhone will work on 5G and LTE network. Shockingly, there would be no 5W Charging Adaptor in the retail box.
Apple iPhone 12 Mini Specifications:
Designed as the smallest 5G phone in the world, the iPhone 12 has just 5.4-inch screen with Super Retina XDR display. All other specs remain the same including A14 Bionic chipset.
Apple iPhone 12 Pro Specifications:
The Apple iPhone 12 Pro has triple-camera-setup in the rear including ultrawide, wide-angle, and telephoto snapper. The 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display with Dolby Vision HDR recording and Ceramic Shield makes it super handy.
Apple has got 4 colours for Pro variant including Graphite, Silver, Gold and Pacific Blue. The Pacific Blue colour variant could become the darling of iPhone lovers.
Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max Specifications:
The Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max is the biggest in the latest 12 series. With a 6.7-inch screen, powerful cameras, and MagSafe charging (wireless), this is a go-to one if you prefer bigger handsets. It supports 10-bit HDR recording as well.
Both iPhone 12 Pro and Max variants support editing of pictures within the Photos App.
Regarding pricing, the Apple iPhone 12 series has implemented a well-appreciated pricing strategy. Starting from $699 (iPhone 12 Mini), it goes on till $1099 for the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
India being a new entry-market for Apple, the company released its prices as well.
Apart from iPhones, the company also released Home Pad Mini. Starting October 16th, one can place pre-orders whereas the deliveries would begin from October 23rd.
