The stupendous success of Amazfit GTS2 led to a water downed version of GTS2 mini. At half the price of GTS 2, the new Amazfit GTS 2 is available for pre-orders on Amazon India and Amazfit portal.

Currently, the ecommerce portal has got 3 color variants for GTS2 mini namely Midnight Black and Flamingo Pink. Very soon one can expect the Sage Green model for it.

Though it is very cheaper than GTS 2, the Amazfit GTS 2 mini has got a premium feel with silicone strap and rectangle dial-shape. Apart from covering all the requirements of a normal fitness, it’s a good fashion toy. Indeed, a new leader in the smartwatch segment at just ₹6999 ($95/€75).

Regarding specs, the Amazfit GTS 2 mini sports a 1.55-inch always-on AMOLED display (450 nit brightness) and a built-in GPS and Alexa. There’s a curved 2.5D glass on the top. Functionality wise, it’s definitely a high-end smartwatch with more than 70 pre-loaded sports modes.

As it includes PPG optical sensor, the GTS 2 mini can monitor heart rate, measure Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) and stress levels and also sleep quality monitoring. The USP of Amazfit GTS 2 mini is the inclusion of menstrual cycle tracker. The other notable features include music and camera control and worry-free 5ATM water resistance while swimming.

Backed by a 220mAh battery, the Amazfit GTS 2 mini is light weight (and weighs just 19.5 grams) and claims to offer 14 days of regular usage (21 days of basic usage) on a single charge. Connectivity wise, it supports Bluetooth and GPS functionality.

Should I Purchase GTS 2 mini?

It is compatible with the devices running at least Android 5.0 or iOs 10.0 operating system. The only missing thing is the lack of internal memory and mic for making and receiving calls.

Though there are 2 color options, only black option is for sale on Amazon India. One can avail 5% cashback on purchase through Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card and no-cost EMI option.

With tons of features and half the price of GTS 2, the Amazfit GTS 2 mini is a well recommended smartwatch for both fitness and fashion freaks at just ₹6999.
