    According to the latest tweet by Lenovo India, K5 Note with 4GB RAM will be launched on August 1st, 2016. Instead of the standard 2 GB RAM Chinese variant, Indian customers will get 4 GB RAM.

    The Chinese variant of 2GB RAM Lenovo K5 Note was priced at CNY 1,099, approximately INR 11,350 in Indian currency. Therefore, one could expect a higher price tag too.

    Lenovo Vibe K5 Note Specifications

    Leaving that aside, there will be no change in specifications. It reminds you that Lenovo K5 Note will be powered by a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor.

    Supported by 16GB internal storage, the phone can support up to 128GB expandable storage via microSD card. There is no change in the screen size – 5.5 inch full HD (1080p) IPS display with a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and 8mp front facing camera for selfies.

    With a mammoth 3,500mAh battery, Lenovo K5 Note is expected to run a marathon even on 4G LTE. The Chinese variant had Android 5.1 Lollipop and one can expect Android Marshmallow OS for the Indian variant.

    With respect to the sale of Lenovo Vibe K5 Note, Lenovo India just announced that the mobile has achieved the distinction of fastest selling smartphone in India. As per the company sources, the mobile has made a revenue of INR 100 crores since its first sale on August 3rd with Flipkart.

    It is to inform that Lenovo Vibe K5 Note comes in 2 variants. The 3GB RAM variant is priced at INR 11,999 and the 4GB RAM phone costs INR 13,499. The USP of Lenovo Vibe K5 Note is that it allows the users to have two Facebook, WhatsApp, Gmail etc on their device without any rooting. Indeed a smart move by Lenovo India!
