    The American eCommerce giant has launched Amazon Prime Video streaming service in India ahead of its media event. It is the least expensive on-demand video streaming service across the globe. One can access thousands of movies, TV shows, and Amazon Originals on Amazon Prime Video. Currently, it is listed on Google Play Store and on iOS app. The subscribers can sign-in using Amazon India credentials.

If one compares the pricing of NetFlix, it charges ₹500 per month as a subscription. Similarly, HotStar offers its premium content at ₹199 per month.
