Apple iPhone Buzz! With the launch of the latest Apple iPhone 7 handsets, several retailers are offering special offers. Apart from the online and offline Apple resellers, the telecom companies are also announcing bundled offers to attract the Apple lovers.

iPhone for Life Plan:

Bharti Airtel has come up with an advertising campaign on its website saying, “Now enjoy an Apple iPhone 7 at just ₹ 19,990 with Airtel Postpaid”. Under this offer, Airtel will provide free unlimited local and national calls and free 5GB 4G data and free roaming and more at a postpaid monthly rental of ₹ 1,999. The customers must remain subscribed to this iPhone for Life Plan for a period of 1 year.

Two Options - Retain or Upgrade:

After the completion of this term, Airtel iPhone 7 users can either upgrade to the next version of iPhone or retain the existing handset by making a balloon payment. That means, the Airtel postpaid subscribers opting iPhone for Life Plan can upgrade their iPhone to the latest model every year without making full payment. That’s quite interesting!!

Airtel Balloon Payment:

However, if you want to retain the existing iPhone 7 after the 1 year contract period, you need to pay Airtel Balloon Payment. This is the pricing adopted by Airtel for down payment and corresponding balloon payments.

In case, if you don’t turn up at the Airtel store at the end of the thirteenth month, either to return the Apple iPhone 7 or upgrade it, then the Airtel Balloon Payment will be automatically debited from your bank account. As of now, Airtel has not mentioned the pricing for the up gradation to next year’s Apple iPhone.

At the Sole Discretion of the Airtel:

Don’t be of the impression that Airtel store person will take your handset if it is damaged or put to heavy wear and tear. Bharti Airtel clearly specified that the phone must meet the return criteria and the same will be determined at the sole discretion of the outlet.

As per the report, this free data benefit is worth more than ₹ 30,000 in value. The customers can purchase the latest Apple iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus from Airtel retail stores across India or on the official website of Airtel.
